Daniel is part of our customer support team based in Liverpool. He joined the team in May 2017. Daniel enjoys building relationships with customers and providing support for both desktop software and mobile applications. His passion for this led him to become a Senior Support Engineer just a year after he joined the company. He resolves customer and partner technical support issues by phone, web meetings, email and other channels. Daniel supports his team members in the delivery of customer support and troubleshooting by acting as their point of escalation for difficult/advanced technical support issues.
