Roo joined VWS Software Solutions in Feb 2016 as a Software Support Engineer. With over 10 years experience in the waste industry, starting at the ground floor on dustcart rounds as a teenager, Roo has the knowledge and know-how to deliver the highest levels of support to our customers. Because of great performance, a great understanding of business as well as software combined with his “can do” mentality, he was promoted to Software Support Manager.
