Marta joined VWS Software Solutions in Feb 2015 as a Service Engineer and after one year, became a Training Manager. With a demonstrated history of working in Transport Operations, as well as Transport Compliance for 10 years, when it comes to training in these areas, she could not be happier. Marta’s main duties are: identifying priorities and drawing up training plans by assessing future and current training needs, presenting in-person and online training sessions, preparing feedbacks or reports on training groups, targets, and accomplishments, preparing customized department training strategies or modules. In her spare time, Marta loves socializing with friends and family and she is also interested in interior design.
