Ayman joined the team in February 2021 and is responsible for developing new business. Prior to starting his journey within the waste industry, Ayman was managing a central London pub. Sales was always something he enjoyed, and he naturally found his way into a Sales Executive role with First Mile. It was his first experience of the waste industry and it very quickly captured his interest. When he’s not working, Ayman is either watching a football match or spending time gaming with friends. Keeping fit is also very important to Ayman and he’s a regular at the gym (when it’s open!).
