Ross is part of the Software Support Team based in Liverpool. He started in January 2017 as a 1st Line Support Engineer. Ross’ outstanding performance led him to become a Senior Support Engineer in August 2019, followed by 2nd Line Support Manager in June 2021. Ross now provides Advanced Technical Support to customers, both online and over the phone and works with them to ensure their PurGo software meets their requirements. Ross is one of the company’s contributors to our knowledge base articles as well as the release notes – ensuring all of our customers are informed of the new features and exciting changes in PurGo.
