Ross is part of the customer support team, based in Liverpool. He started in January 2017. Ross provides technical support to customers, both online and over the phone and works with them to ensure their PurGo software meets their expectations. Ross’ outstanding performance led him to become a Senior Support Engineer in August 2019. Ross is one of the company’s contributors to our knowledge base articles as well as the release notes – ensuring all of our customers are informed of the new features and exciting changes in PurGo. In his spare time, Ross is a keen gamer and also enjoys writing for one of the fastest growing news outlets for gamers.
