Weighbridge with signature pad

An Android ™based application replacing old Dot Matrix Printer and signature pad technology, which allows the capture of driver signature at weighbridge, whilst allowing a preview of weighbridge ticket and hierarchy statement at POS to ensure compliance with Duty of Care regulations and signature capture laws.

Allows storage of signature against weighbridge transaction for reprinting and assigning to weighbridge invoices.

Materials & Stock Management

Record Waste breakdowns, downgrade loads, capture images beyond the weighbridge, and manage internal stock movements feeding live data back to PurGo.

Scheduled & Ad hoc Reporting & Configurable live Dashboards

Industry designed reports supplied as standard with PurGo in multiple formats, such as Crystal, SQL, csv etc, which can be either automated or run on an ad-hoc basis. Alongside these are live dashboards, configurable per user, which are accessible from anywhere, and great for displaying on plasma screens in the transport office for a live snapshot of collection progress. Ability to overlay sets of data for establishing trends and comparisons by period.

Comprehensive Live billing system including Pay-by-weight capability

PurGo offers a Live-Link with various Accounting Solutions to ensure your finance and operational teams are in sync, without the duplication of effort. Outstanding account balances, WIP, and Stop Flag monitoring are all updated live to PurGo, and allows the Customer Service Team to establish a full picture of the customer whilst on the phone. Invoices, Rebates, Self-Bill Invoices and Credit notes can all be raised in PurGo, and uploaded into the Accounting Solution. The added benefit of working alongside VWS Ltd, and the seamless integration with Enviroweigh Trade Approved Bin Weighing system, offers Pay-by-Weight functionality.

Vehicle Maintenance, Defect & Workshop Management

Another area often neglected by other Waste Solutions, but also a key function to any transport business is the ability to manage vehicle compliance and with this workshop operations. Vehicle checklist and defect reporting are managed through the mobile solution, and live updates of defects are sent back to PurGo to be rectified and managed.

Web portal for customers

VWS Software Solutions working alongside MasterCard ™, allows us to supply a very PCI DSS compliant solution, and with the use of ‘tokenisation’ offer a very secure, accurate and effortless solution for the payments of non-present transactions.With this level of security your finance team need only complete the most basic of PCI DSS compliance questionnaires.Multiple users can process transactions simultaneously, process refunds, and have full access to the MasterCard Portal for reporting purposes.

Electronic Duty of Care management

VWS Software Solutions like to encourage our customers to go paperless where possible. The Electronic Duty of Care can be despatched to the customer, signed electronically and returned automatically to PurGo with the minimum of fuss.

Subcontract management

Having been fortunate to work with one of the leading Waste Brokering businesses in the UK, VWS Software Solutions were able to work in partnership to develop the Subcontract Management functionality in PurGo. Providing all the necessary tools required for a Waste Brokering Business, or National Division of a Waste Company, we are able to simplify the whole process from supplier selection, raising of POs, invoice reconciliation and uploads to PL.

Imports of supplier areas, costings, and also weight reports assist in making this a very intuitive solution.

HWRC Application

To address the needs of businesses running operations involving collections from HWRCs we have developed an application within our PurGo waste management software platform; enabling operators to use a tablet to record waste transfer transactions, including vehicle identification, driver identification and waste material type.
